Vintage Carvanite Salt & Pepper Set in Burgundy

This fun plastic set of salt and pepper shakers in burgundy red are stamped Carvanite, Los Angeles, U.S.A. on the bottom of each shaker as well as a tiny S and P and MPC. They are in excellent condition and work well. The salt shaker sits a bit uneven due to an excess of plastic in one spot on the base. It could easily be filed down although I am leaving these as originally made. To use these shakers you press the button on the top and the bottom releases the contents. To fill, you slide the top to one side. These appear to have never been used and were part of an estate sale collection. A lovely bit on nostalgia for a collector.
