1940s Mexican Eagle and Snake Men's Ring

12 | Plated Brass | Ring
This vintage piece of tourist jewelry has withstood many years of wear. Although not made of silver, it retains its original shine. It appears to be chrome or steel plate over brass. There is a tiny spot on the back of the shank where the plating has chipped. The eagle and snake symbols have been part of the Mexican Coat of Arms since 1916. The ring has a bright orange face with the Coat of Arms seal on the front and a fleur de lis on either shoulder. The inside is stamped Hecho en Mexico. Fits a U.S. size 12
