An amazing piece of history. This hollow repousse brooch features two rows of graduated Forget Me Not flowers with Ivy leaves and two interlocking swirled ovals decorated with a graduating beaded effect. The closure features a tube and "C" clasp that is classic Victorian. Made from rolled gold plate or RGP. The back has initials scratched into it most likely those of the original owner. If only this lovely piece could talk, I'm sure it would tell us a fabulous story of passionate love. It was obviously a most cherished gift. Make it yours and continue the love story.
