Micro Mosaic Heart Brooch Stamped Italy

Here's a sweet little vintage micro mosaic heart-shaped brooch. The back is stamped Italy. This particular piece was purchased in Italy in the 1970s. It shows minimal signs of wear on the back due to age. Just a slight discoloration of the gold-tone metal. The detail in these pieces is fabulous. This particular brooch has a center flower surrounded by soft pink and surrounded by sprays of red, white, and pale green with tiny blue and white millefiori triangular bits.
