If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make arrangements with you for return of the item to us.
Please contact us in case of damage, loss, etc, and we can work out details based upon the situation. In case of damage, please retain all packaging as it may be required in filing a claim with the shipper. In case of items not received, please verify the original shipping address with your tracking number. If necessary a Paypal claim can be filed. Paypal will not pay claims without proof of delivery. Paypal only allows refunds within 60 days of sale date.
Goods will only be accepted for return with prior RETURN AUTHORIZATION unless we have notified you otherwise. Please contact us immediately for a return authorization number. All returned items must be in original unused condition and are only accepted within 7 days of receipt. Please allow 5 working days for a refund to be processed. We will issue a full refund on receipt providing the item is in saleable condition, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item for one of equal value.
Expedited Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
